Wealth Catalyst exists to change who controls capital — and what they do with it. We believe the most consequential financial decisions of the next decade will be made by women. Our job is to make sure they’re made with clarity, confidence, and community behind them.

Wealth Catalyst began with a conviction: the conversations women need to have about money aren’t happening in traditional finance – they’re happening in intimate rooms, between trusted peers, after everyone else has left the room. Since launching, we’ve built an ecosystem of Summits, Salons, a Masterclass, and a members-only Community, bringing hundreds of women investors, founders, and capital allocators into rooms where deals get done and futures get built. Our Summits in San Francisco and New York brought hundreds of women, investors, and founders into rooms where deals,  collaborations, and lasting communities were born.
