I created the Wealth Catalyst Summit because I was craving a space that didn’t exist. A space where women could speak honestly about money—without being sold to, talked down to, or made to feel like they didn’t belong.

Over the past six years, through Getting Rich Together and hundreds of conversations with women across industries and life stages, I’ve seen a pattern: personal finances remain a taboo topic—even among the most accomplished, ambitious women I know.

I’ve listened to stories about investing in startups, navigating divorce, raising capital, caring for aging parents, and rewriting financial futures from scratch. But I rarely saw these conversations happening in public.

Most events about money either ignore the real questions or wrap them in jargon and sales pitches. So I built the room I wanted to be in.

Our first Summit, held in San Francisco, exceeded every dream I had for this community. We welcomed over 140 women—founders, funders, creatives, corporate leaders, and women in transition. What unfolded that day wasn’t just education. It was expansion. It was women making bold asks. It was real power in motion.

We didn’t just talk about wealth—we talked about values. About choice. About how money gives us agency when it aligns with what we care most about. From real estate and startup investing to business acquisitions and exits, we covered the full spectrum. And yet, the most powerful moments often happened between the sessions—in the eye contact, in the spontaneous connections, in the recognition of “I see myself in you.”
