Seattle September 21, 2026

You can build a business, support your family, make good financial decisions for decades, and still ask yourself, “Do I have enough?”

Last night in Seattle, that question came up again and again. Enough to retire. Enough to make a change. Enough to enjoy what you’ve built without wondering whether you should be doing more.

One woman asked, “How can I be at ease and at peace and trust myself enough?” There’s a financial question in there, and a personal one. We need to understand what our money can support, and we also need to recognize when we keep moving the definition of enough.

The women in this room had plenty to be proud of. They had carried businesses through the pandemic, provided for their children, bought homes, and started planning for what comes after years of building. They also had questions about investing beyond their businesses, preparing for retirement, and deciding who to trust.

One woman could speak in detail about the signals she watches in construction and real estate, then ask how to think about her own wealth beyond a 401(k) and index funds. We all know things that someone else needs to know, and we all have questions we haven’t figured out yet. Being successful doesn’t mean we’re done learning.

Thank you Susan Weingartner, CAIA, Lisbet Halvorsen, and Kelly Keydel, CFP, MBA, CDFA from Wealthspire for bringing these women together, and thank you to everyone who shared a win or asked a question.

Twenty-five stops into the Freedom Tour, I keep hearing women ask for people they can talk to openly about money. People who will share what they’ve done, explain what they’ve learned, and be curious alongside them. What’s great is that I’ve built a Community at Wealth Catalyst thats doing just that.

Come join us.
