No Refunds Policy
Thank you for engaging with Wealth Catalyst. Our experiences, programs, and offerings are intentionally designed, carefully curated, and capacity-conscious. As such, all purchases within the Wealth Catalyst ecosystem are final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all Wealth Catalyst products and experiences, including but not limited to:
Wealth Catalyst Summits (New York, San Francisco, and future cities)
Wealth Catalyst Retreats (including the Couples Retreat and any future retreats)
Memberships and community access
Digital products, paid content, and Substack subscriptions
Educational programs, workshops, and virtual experiences
Sponsorships, partnerships, and experiential offerings
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, or no-shows.
Credit Transfer Within the Wealth Catalyst Ecosystem
While we do not offer refunds, we recognize that plans can change. In certain circumstances, purchased credits may be transferred for use within the Wealth Catalyst ecosystem.
At our discretion, and with advance notice, we may allow your purchase to be applied as a credit toward another Wealth Catalyst offering of equal or greater value, subject to availability and timing. Credits:
Must be used within a designated time frame communicated by our team
Are non-transferable for cash value
May not be split across multiple offerings unless explicitly approved
Are subject to availability and capacity limits of the selected experience
Credit transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved in advance.
Transfers to Another Individual
For select in-person events or experiences, we may permit ticket or registration transfers to another individual, provided we are notified in advance and the transfer complies with the structure of the specific offering.

Please include your name, the original purchase, and the reason for your request. Approval is not guaranteed and is granted at the sole discretion of the Wealth Catalyst team.

By completing a purchase within the Wealth Catalyst ecosystem, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Credit Policy.
