Philadelphia February 4, 2026

Philadelphia, you’ve worked hard for your money.

Last night we gathered in a beautiful home surrounded by women who’ve built, allocated and deployed their wealth creatively and thoughtfully. We heard from entrepreneurs who stepped away from corporate careers and have been business owners for 20, 30 years. Others who have built, exited and are now paying it forward. Some questioning for the first time what the responsibility looks like to be stewards of capital.

We heard from women who were ready to step into full ownership, taking more interest in their portfolios and betting more on the world they want to create, than the world of the past.

We also heard about the silence. The silent spaces, where many women’s voices go unheard, whether in relationship with spouses, with experts, or even with peers. That silence can often be what holds us back the most.

One woman said something that stayed with me: “I grew up in a household where money was weaponized, used for control.”

And in the same breath, she named what so many women carry: the desire to be truly independent, and the lack of confidence, language, and permission to talk about money openly.

I was impressed by the honesty in the room.

The Great Wealth Enlightenment™ is the convergence of earned wealth and inherited wealth. Regardless of how money arrives, the question is the same: what do we do with it?

The Freedom Tour salons are designed to create space for that question, bringing women closer to their values, their agency, and the opportunities to live them out through capital.

Next stops: Nashville, Atlanta, and Charlotte (Feb 17-18-19). I look forward to continuing the conversation.

Thank you to Peri, Marcia, and Jonathan for your leadership in Philadelphia.

The room was vibrant, and the energy palpable.
